Understanding My Team
1. What My Team is, What It's Used For, and How/Where to Find It
My Team is a section of the control panel designed to allow you to invite other accounts to join your "team." By default, you can invite one additional member, but you can request support for more members if needed. This feature offers granular permissions that can be assigned to manage your account and servers. With My Team, you can handle various tasks ranging from managing (restarting or shutting down) your server to adding or removing team members and adjusting permissions.

The team members section has details on invitees, roles, status, date of joining and actions that allow editing them or even removing them as part of your team.
2. What Are the My Team Permissions and What Each of Them Allows
The permissions within My Team are organized into three main categories:
Server Management: This allows actions such as buying or modifying server billing, deleting servers, reinstalling servers, using AI features, creating servers, modifying servers, and restarting servers.
Team Management: This includes inviting a team member, removing a team member, and managing the My Team section.
- Interface Access: This provides access to manage your servers and view your team.
3. How to Add/Remove Members and Request Extra Members
To add a member to your team, navigate to the "Invite Member" tab in the My Team section. You will need to enter the member's email address and optionally include a personal message. The invited member will receive an email with the invitation. If they accept, they can log in as you by selecting your registered email address from the profile avatar in the top right corner of the screen. To return to their account, they simply need to do the same for their registered email address.
