Acceptance of Terms

Any order using our website means that you are accepting the below terms and conditions.

The general terms and conditions apply to all sale services rendered by Think Huge Ltd (hereinafter referred to as PingPlayers) via the website PingPlayers.com to the client. Do not use PingPlayers website services unless you accept these terms.

By placing an order, the client enters into a contract with PingPlayers once the order is confirmed.

Definitions

• Privacy Policy: The policy published on pingplayers.com (as amended).
• Client: Individual or legal entity placing an order online.
• PingPlayers: Think Huge Ltd.
• Services: Any services offered by PingPlayers.
• Order: Agreement where PingPlayers provides services and the client pays.
• Agreement: A confirmed order.

Order approval is completed upon email confirmation. No contract exists before confirmation.

Privacy

• Services operate in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• Personal data is protected under applicable laws, including GDPR.
• Users are responsible for any unnecessary data they provide.
• Users must:
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Not share passwords
  • Update credentials after support interactions

Services

• Services must be formally accepted by PingPlayers.
• PingPlayers may refuse service at its discretion.
• Services may be interrupted for maintenance.
• Additional services may be purchased at current rates.
• All services are subject to availability and these terms.

Service Renewal

• Services automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
• Charges are applied unless the subscription is cancelled.

Uptime Guarantee

PingPlayers guarantees 99.95% uptime monthly, excluding:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Supplier maintenance
• Planned migrations
• Account suspension
• Force majeure events
• Third-party actions (e.g., attacks, viruses)
• User errors or violations

Compensation

• 1 free day per 0.5% downtime beyond 99.95%
• Capped at 100% of the monthly service fee
• Claims must be made within 5 business days

Cancellation and Refunds

• Accounts may be cancelled without notice.
• Refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis if no breach occurred.
• Accounts terminated due to violations are not eligible for refunds.
• Services cease immediately upon termination.

24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee

Applies to game server products only:

• Request within 24 hours via [email protected]
• Required details:
  • Full name
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • Reason for cancellation

Exclusions:

• Dedicated servers
• Discounted products
• Add-ons, upgrades, transfers, downgrades
• Accounts in breach of terms

PingPlayers may modify or withdraw this guarantee at any time.

Contract Terms

• No fixed contract period
• Services renew automatically unless cancelled

Refund Policy for Account Credits

• Credits older than 6 months are non-refundable
• Credits remain usable but cannot be withdrawn
• Exceptions are at PingPlayers' discretion
• Users must track credit expiration

Acceptable Use Policy

Users must comply with legal and fair use requirements.

Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities
• Copyright infringement
• Pirated content
• Hacking or DDoS activities
• Spam or unsolicited emails
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material

Users must not misuse system resources (CPU, network, storage).

Important: Users are responsible for backing up their data. PingPlayers is not responsible for data loss.

Governing Law

• Governed by the laws of Hong Kong
• Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction

Force Majeure

PingPlayers is not liable for disruptions caused by:

• Government actions
• Legal or regulatory changes
• Natural disasters
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Economic or political instability
• Other events beyond control
