How do I renew my server?
Each cluster of players can be automatically renewed by enabling Auto Renew on "My Servers->Edit Cluster" if you haven't done so when you ordered it. It will charge the same payment method used originally.
How can I cancel my server?
You can disable auto-renew on your cluster and delete all your servers. Your cluster will be removed on its due date.
How can I pay for the server?
Select the game and customize the contract length and max player count and you'll be taken to checkout. Here is an article.
I'd like to cancel my subscription does deleting my server do that?
No, to cancel you need to go to My servers->Manage Cluster->Disable Auto Renew (read an article how to here).

Unfortunately, location migration is not possible. You'd need to cancel your current cluster of players and order a new one in another location. Always contact support so they can help you.
Why does my server say "Unnamed" when I named it?
There are two names for the servers you create. Friendly name, which is only for the dashboard and for clarity, it's not shown anywhere else. The other is the server's name which is set in the Basic Settings for the server and will affect how the game finds and shows the server.
Can I contact you somewhere else?
Of course, we have our live chat with experts ready to assist, as well as via email at [email protected]. We also have our Facebook page and Discord server if you wish to join, we have all our announcements, other gamers and much more in there!

You can manage and configure your game server from within our web portal.
How to check the version of my game server?
PingQuery (when supported by the game) on My Server usually shows the game version, but it can be checked in-game as well.
Are these servers available for use on console?
Each game's compatible platform is represented by an icon on its cover in the games section. Supported platforms depend on the game as some are crossplay and some others are PC only.
How do I reset all my settings and files in my sever?
The easiest way is to just delete the server and re-add the game to it. There's no cost and it takes seconds. To reset the game files but retaining the configuration, the reinstall button can be used under Actions->Reinstall.
Where do I shut down the server?
Actions->Shutdown. You can ask the AI Assist to do it for you.
Can I mod the games?
Games servers are vanilla when set up, but they can be modded without restrictions. We even have articles in our Knowledge Base on how to mod them.
Can I change the game I ordered for another one?
Of course, you can delete your game server and add another game as long as you have enough player slots for the remaining time.
How long before my game server is online?
Your game server will be online in a matter of minutes.
How much ram did a Dayz server have?
We don't limit ram on most of our games.
Can you also play on the Dayz server with PlayStation?
No, Dayz servers (as of today) are not crossplay with Playstation
