Our Story

We were hosting our own game servers, cobbling together solutions that crashed at 2AM, lagged during boss fights, and took hours to configure. Every hosting provider we tried either oversold their hardware, hid behind ticket queues, or just didn't get it.

So we built what we wished existed.

PingPlayers launched in 2023 with a simple promise: game servers that just work. No lag. No excuses. No waiting around. Backed by over a decade of gaming infrastructure experience from our parent company, ThinkHuge Ltd., we hit the ground running.

We're gamers first, engineers second. Every decision we make starts with one question: would this make our own gaming better?

That's why we never oversell our servers. Your hardware is yours, not shared with a hundred other communities. Our support team are actual gamers who understand what "the server keeps desyncing during events" means without needing a translation. We obsess over latency, uptime, and the small details that turn a good server into a great one.

PingPlayers is operated by ThinkHuge Ltd., registered in Hong Kong. ThinkHuge has been building gaming infrastructure since 2012 and launched PingPlayers in 2023 to bring that experience directly to gamers.
