You don't have to. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, on the same payment method. If you turned auto-renew off, turn it back on from My Servers. Choose Billing on your server card, switch on Auto Renew in the Cluster Configuration box and click Update Plan.

You can cancel anytime from My Servers. Click the three dots on your server card, choose Billing, then View options next to Renewal settings and cancellation, and confirm with Cancel Subscription. You don't need to delete your servers. They keep running until the end of the period you paid for, then stay suspended for 10 days and are deleted if you don't renew.

No. Deleting a server doesn't cancel your subscription. To cancel, follow the steps in the answer above.

It depends on the game. Each game's cover in the games section shows its supported platforms as icons, and some are crossplay while others are PC only.

The easiest way is to delete the server and add the game again. It costs nothing and takes seconds. To reset the game files but keep the configuration, use Actions → Reinstall.

Yes, on any game that supports server mods. Servers start vanilla, and you add mods through the File Manager or FTP. Some games also have the Smart Mod Manager. Search for a mod, click install, and it adds the mods it depends on too. Our Knowledge Base has modding guides as well.

Yes. You can switch your server to another game, as long as you have enough player slots for the remaining time.

Your server is set up about 60 seconds after checkout. The first start depends on the game. A big map or a long mod list takes longer.

Yes, as long as the save is compatible with the latest version. Data can be migrated from another server or, in most cases, from single player. We have articles on how to do it for many games, and we can help if you need us to.

Memory is managed by the system, based on the amount in your contract. You can raise or lower the maximum RAM per server whenever you extend the period for your cluster.

It depends on the game. Most servers have a password or a whitelist that lets specific players in and keeps everyone else out. Admin rights and permissions differ by game too.
