About Sunkenland
In Sunkenland you can board a hostile boat and hijack it, so a pirate gunboat ends up in your own fleet. Vector3 Studio develops and publishes this survival game set after a water apocalypse, in Early Access on Steam since 25 August 2023.
You scavenge sunken cities for loot, craft your gear and raise a modular base on the water. Clans of pirates and mutants come after your resources: the Atomic Clan holds the nuclear power plant, while the Warhead Clan fights in full military gear. Islands such as Eden Island, Radio Island and Paradise Island fill the map, and The New World chapter takes the story to a coast lined with fortresses.
Characters are saved on each player’s side. On a Sunkenland dedicated server, everyone brings their own character into one shared ocean and works through the main quests together.

In Sunkenland, open the server join screen, find your server in the list and join. If you set a password, everyone types it in when they join.
Sunkenland has four difficulty levels: Easy, Normal, Hard and Insane. Difficulty is part of each world’s settings, so ask on live chat and the support team helps you get the one you want.
Sunkenland has no Steam Workshop, and Vector3 Studio has not announced mod support, so the server runs Sunkenland the way the studio releases it.
Your server runs the latest release. When Vector3 Studio ships a patch, update your own copy as well, so everyone is on the same version.
Yes. Each save sits in its own folder inside Worlds, and the World GUID in the host settings tells you which one is yours. Upload that folder with File Manager or SFTP, and support can set the server to load it.
Yes. Characters are saved on each player’s side, apart from the server save, and everyone picks theirs at character selection before joining.
