Nightingale is a survival crafting game set in a gaslamp fantasy world of Victorian science and dangerous magic. Players are explorers stranded across a network of mysterious Fae realms, working back toward the safe haven city of Nightingale itself.
The core gameplay loop centres on building a refuge, crafting gear, and using Realm Cards to travel between procedurally assembled worlds. Each realm shifts the rules of biome, difficulty, and loot, so a group is always gearing up for the next jump rather than settling into one fixed map.
Nightingale plays solo or in online co-op with a small group of friends. Sessions are persistent: your refuge, stored gear, and unlocked recipes carry over between play sessions. On a private dedicated server, the world stays live around the clock so any group member can log in and keep exploring without waiting for the host to come online.
